when i clone Biovisionary with lets say Clever Impersonator dose Clever Impersonator gain his name? and count towards Biovisionarys ability

An example of a creature that makes an almost exact copy would be something like Sakashima the Impostor or Quicksilver Gargantuan.

Yes. Unless the copy effect specifies otherwise, the copy will have the name, mana cost, text, types, etc. of the original object.
I'm sure someone will quote the full rule about computable characteristics, but name is certainly one of them.
