Spells that add loyalty counters?

I'm guessing that there are no cards that add loyalty counters to planeswalkers (other than their own abilities. Is this true? Are there spells that allow you to add loyalty counters?

spells with the proliferate keyword will add loyalty counters such as Volt Charge

Moved to General.

There is no spell that specifically adds a number of loyalty counters to a permanent. However, proliferate effects and Gilder Bairn can both be used to add loyalty counters to anything that already has them.

yes proliferate will work as does proliferate esque abilities.

But there has never been a card that specifically adds loyalty counters.
