Fatestitcher combos

Are there any Fatestitcher combos in the shards block alone? Thanks :).
You could get two of them, and have them untap each other for days :P

you could infinite combo it with Gideon's Avenger , Stonybrook Schoolmaster , Betrayal , or a Goblin Medics like effect you could also use Lust for War . Another creature this could work with might be Aphetto Alchemist .

i have no idea but that plus Illusionist's Bracers creates infinite tapping and untapping
