Need help with a Tamiyo, the Moon Sage deck

I just made this Tamiyo, the Moon Sage deck. It supposed to control the game until the moon sage gos off. Then I use Jace and rewind and some burn to win.

Instead of Rewind why not run Blustersquall ? The synergy with Tamiyo is pretty good. Think of all the cards you can draw!

rewind untaps my lands so i can play it over and over after the moon sage go's off.

CastBlustersquall at Overload then Tamiyo, the Moon Sage zero ability. Open target player up for a strike and get card advantage.. More cards than Inspiration , better battle trick then on your turn card advantage.
