Can muldrotha work in a 60 card deck?

Hey there! Im a casual mtg player and have been dipping into the commander format and have a deck based around muldrotha. I have alot of fun playing that deck, but have had the thought about trying to base a 60 card deck around the use of muldrotha and dredge. Can it be done and be able to win consistently?

The concept seems intersting but would probably take a bit of time to come together. I would probably suggest trying something resembling a control deck with cards like Executioner's Capsule and dredge to support it.

I mean you could play a suicide dredge deck in sulati colours and basically assemble Muldrotha, the Gravetide + Second Chance. Would want lots of reanmiate effects and/or ramp to get Muldrotha out quickly. Oath of Druids could also be an interesting way to deploy it.

I mean depending on how casual your play group is it can work but it's too slow for anything serious
