Clinging Mists , Divine Deflection , Fog , Gisela, Blade of Goldnight , Hindervines , Moonmist , and Terrifying Presence is all there is in standard that would specifically stop damage to planeswalkers. You could also use ones that prevent damage to creatures (for example, Safe Passage ) and block with enough creatures for combat damage, or ones that prevent damage to you (for example, Riot Control ) to prevent spell damage to you before it can be redirected to your planesalker.
