Should I Put Maestros’ Charm and Obscura Charm into These Decks?

I am contemplating putting Maestros Charm into my Thraximundar EDH deck, but I am not certain about doing that, because, while the second and third modes of the charm are excellent, I am not certain if that deck has a sufficient prevalence of graveyard recursion to justify including that card in it; I suppose that I could simply use the second and third modes most frequently, and use the first mode only if I desperately needed to use it.

Similarly, I am contemplating putting Obscura Charm into my Sen Triplets EDH deck, and, as with the previous charm, the second and third modes are excellent, but I am not certain if that deck contains a sufficient number of multicolored permanents that have mana value 3 or less to justify including that card in that deck, but, again, I can use it primarily for the second and third modes, and use the first mode only when I truly need to use it.

What does everyone else say, about this? Should I put Maestros Charm and Obscura Charm into those two decks? I certainly am interested to receive your feedback, on this matter.
