if a control creatures with total of 3 +1/+1 counter, Simic Ascendancy with no counters and Doubling Season and Galloping Lizrog entering onto battlefield removing the 3 +1/+1 counters, does Simic Ascendancy will end with 24 growth counters?
Galloping lizard removes three, Tries to get 6 but doubling season gives it 12 instead. Simic ascendancy sees 12 being put on a creature you control. Tries to put 12 on self, doubling season gives it 24 instead. So yes that is correct.
Also, rules questions should of been asked in the rules Q&A forum

Your question from 12 hours ago on the Rules Q&A asking the exact same thing has already been answered. The people who are most likely to know the answer to rules questions usually hang out there and I know for a fact that at least three of us read every question asked, so the answers on there are always reviewed.
