Budget and basic game plan would be nice to know. Considering your commander whether or not you would like to combo is particularly important. You have Ashnod's Altar in there, but that is the only mana part of the traditional counters+mana Ghave combo lines that you have. There are two rather well developed Ghave lists on Tapped Out. Both of which fit into the "budgetless combo" category.

My best advice for you... DON'T try to play a toned down "nice" Ghave list. It's a commander with an "immediate threat" reputation and no matter how many times you say/prove it, you'll get hated off the table. Lean into the countless infinite combos and accept the hate!
