Soo... less than desired results. Went 2-2, 7 out of 12. 1st round, played cheap and quick boros aggro. Loss is on me though, first game i mad a mistake of not blocking Truefire Paladin, forgetting it can be pumped. second game just didn't match his speed.
Second match, played mono-white tokens and Knight of Infamy just stomped all over him, 2-0 and not even close at all.
Third match, Grixis control. Went 2-0, his deck was solid but he was getting bad luck on draws and got things going too late.
Fourth match, Jund Aggro. 1-2, first game his was too slow. Next game he got enough kill spells to outrace me and the second game, a lucky topdeck of Abrupt Decay saved him. Mana screwed too, one more would have for sure one me the game, being able to play Disciple of Bolas to buy that one turn then Sublime Archangel to swing for the win.
So, not what i was hoping but i did learn quite a bit and was able to get the rest of the cards i needed. Hoping it was my deck just hating me besides that first game mistake and that it can do better in a few weeks!
Cathedral of War ??? You've probably considered it, so I'm actually curious.... why not play it?

Every one points it out, I've actually been too lazy to add it in. hah I have highly considered it but with only 22 lands i'm worried running any colorless. I know my curve is small as it is but having that one colorless in the opening hand as opposed to a colored, even if just a basic, can literally make or break the game for me.

That's kinda what I thought too. I guess you have to consider the benefits of both. A chance to crank out more damage faster with adding Cathedral of War , or keeping a steady mana curve without it.
Overall though, solid deck, +1 from me. Good luck at the Star City IQ!!!

Trained Caracal doesn't seem to be helping you much. Either consider other creatures, or perhaps a few instadeath cards like Victim of Night or Murder ? I know that you said that the deck focuses on early game dominance with creatures, which is fine, but if a single Fog Bank is tying you up an instadeath card can really help you out.
