Hoobynobber7395 those cards are far too expensive to stay under the $10 limit especially considering that this is using new/mint pricing, and those $2 cards are 1/5 of the budget. 40 basics are there because he ran out of budget and he could only use lands to fill the slots to get the deck to the required 100 cards.
