Not sure of your budgetm but Jace, the Mind Sculptor seems like he'd be good. Essentially a free Brainstorm every turn plus the option to bounce a problematic creature should you need to. Also Magus of the Wheel and Jace's Archivist both serve as redundant wheel/windfall effects, the latter being repeatable each turn.
