Been waiting to see something like this ever since I saw Neheb, the Worthy, looks like some good synergy!

Metallic Mimic is becoming a safe addition in most tribal decks that I'm seeing these days, this deck would too benefit, especially since it seems you have a lot of opportunities to utilize trample, getting that extra +1/+1 on every Minotaur that enters the battlefield would only help you!

I opted not to include it in favour of more tribal support enchantments.Konda's banner gives me +1 +1 for every minotaurand +1 +1 for each red and +1 +1 for each black creature.Door of destinies gives me an increasing boostStoneforge Masterwork buffs the commanderInstead I opted for Dolmen gate to protect my attacking creatures.

Metallic mimic as a creature is easy to remove and only provides +1 +1 to all my minotaurs
