In your Dust Devil combo, ever had Valakut + 5 mountains, and using something like Cinder Glade as your recursion forest? Gives you a bolt at the same time.
I've found Sylvan Scrying and stuff like Crop Rotation good for grabbing these sorts of nonland combos, why did you end up cutting them, just not worth it in the end?
