replaced Vampire of the Dire Moon with Banehound, added K'rrik, Son of Yawgmoth, took out 1x Grave Titan and 1x Vampire Nighthawk

Have you considered finding a spot for K'rrik, Son of Yawgmoth ? It would be a bit of a gamble, but with all the lifegain you currenty have in the deck I think you can manage it.
Also, may I suggest Banehound ? It doesn't have deathtouch but the haste can help you to reach an early lead.
