did some changes, removed mystic monastery and added few better cards...

is difficult, Land Tax is great, skullclamp and Open the Armory can be good.
For your manabase, I would lean away from so many taplands. Also mystic monastery is outside your color identity, Battlefield Forge might be a good replacement.
For red creatures, Rapacious One is one of my favorites.
Armory of ioras looks underwhelming, Mask of Memory or maybe Fireshrieker could be good.
