Updated to be competitive —Oct. 30, 2016

I switched out the list that I'm currently running for the list that i'm aiming to run eventually and updated the primer accordingly. This is my attempt at a competitive Azami list.

Added and removed a lot of cards to make the competitive switch.

Wow, this deck is amazing! Maybe try, Arcanis the Omnipotent, Diviner's Wand (voltron Azami), and Graceful Adept. Hope this helps!

Glad to hear you like the deck!

I actually had Arcanis the Omnipotent in an earlier iteration but the 6 mana was too much to reasonably play. After Azami comes out, we need to be using mana for protection as much as possible and tapping out multiple turns in a row is really scary.

Diviner's Wand serves a similar purpose to Docent of Perfection  Flip in that it creates a backup win condition in the event that my combos fail. The reason I prefer the insect is that I don't have to draw the cards on MY turn in order to do use it effectively. Also he makes all my things cantrip super hard. The fact that the wand gets reduced by Stonybrook Banneret and can also tap for a card is definitely a plus though.

Graceful Adept seems decent, though I have to be careful I don't stack too many hand limit removers because they become redundant after you get one. I'd be more likely to consider Minamo Scrollkeeper since it's cheaper with a better body, and with my goal of reducing the curve as much as possible it ought to be possible to play out anything you need to.
