Some FNM with it. —Nov. 30, 2018
I only played against two decks on Friday, had a bye on one of my three rounds, one was Mono-White enchantment shenanigans. Really bad match up for this deck. When you only have three Duress you can only do so much.
Second deck I played against had more white in it, Boros, but mostly that splashed . We both ended up having to mulligan multiple times each game, I was able to get the proper land drops and threats while they were mana screwed on the last game seeing only one land.
More play testing will happen once I get the rest of the maybeboard cards through the mail this week and maybe tweak it depending on my results.

@multimedia, Thanks for the feedback. I actually had Midnight Reaper in the original build. It has managed to kill me a few times was the reason I pulled back on it. Liliana's Contract was just the gimmick I wanted to play with, and I agree it's mostly a dead card, so it does need to get cut for that reason. I just have the tendency to hang onto a card longer than I should. I'm actually currently short a Plaguecrafter and Vicious Offering, I probably have the latter, but will have to sift through my Dominaria commons again.

Hey, nice budget start.
Consider more consistency? There's not a card here that's being played as a 4 of (four copies of the card) most are being played as 3 ofs. I suggest playing a few cards as 4 ofs especially the two drops. Build a core of cards you always want to draw and play them as 4 ofs. Start with Skeleton as a 4 of, it's the creature you want to draw every game since it's the enabler for all the creature sac. Consider Dusk Legion Zealot and Seekers' Squire as the other two drops? The nice thing about Zealot is it draws you a card when it ETB. You get value from it before you want to sac it. Squire can help to make land drops, gives you value when it ETB. Consider Demon as a 4 of? It's the payoff for playing sac, you want to consistently draw one every game along with Skeleton. Consider Midnight Reaper? Being able to draw a card after you sac a creature is good. Reaper himself can draw when he dies which means you can get value from only him if you sac him.
Consider moving two cards from the sideboard into the main deck: Plaguecrafter and Vicious Offering? Both are strong cards with the theme of creature sac especially Plaguecrafter.
After all my suggestions consider these additions:
Consider these cuts:
Consider this final example:
2x Rite
24 lands
In this example two drops are the priority because consistently you want to draw and have one of these on the battlefield to sac for Plaguecrafter and Demon. These two creatures are the main payoffs for wanting to sac. I've established a clear core (4x Skeleton, 4x Zealot, 4x Plaguecrafter, 4x Demon and 4x Offering) these are important cards you want to draw for the strategy they're either good sac fodder or are a sac outlet. Both Zealot and Reaper draw cards that's very helpful.
Good luck with your deck.
