Jank idea from a post I found online

1. Get Varragoth, Bloodsky Sire out
2. Activate his boast ability to search out Ad Nauseam
3. Use Ad Nauseam do draw into Dark Sphere and Sickening Dreams
4. Play Dark Sphere
5. Cast Sickening Dreams while discarding the appropriate amount of lands
6. Activate Dark Sphere cutting your damage while still killing everyone else
7. Put deck up on a shelf somewhere until your playgroup has forgotten about it (recommended 6 months)
