Changed a few things. Added polyraptors due to awesome suggestion, sweet combo. Also added some instants that could counter to help better protect against blue.
If you do end up getting things to ping you for damage, I would suggest Polyraptor as well. If you do, add Forerunner of the Empire to get infinite dino's.

UPDATE: I did not see your sorc/instants for some reason? Your ramp seems fine.
Your CMC seems a little high and you don't have much in the way of ramp. You have a few good ways of cheating out creatures which is great. But many of them take quite a bit of mana to do so. I would suggest possibly throwing in a few ramp cards in. I might also suggest ways of pinging yourself for damage. An example being more cards like Tilonalli's Crown to ping creatures like Silverclad Ferocidons or Ranging Raptors which would greatly help you ramping up.
