FormOverFunction, fair point on both comments and yeah i understand not every deck can have the perfect commander for what it does. Not to say i wont include cards like Theater of Horrors but more so those cards are very common so im just trying to find some more unique examples beyond the usual "exile card from library or deck then cast"
Upon looking at some more recent cards / spoilers from Duskmourn seemed to have something to the effect of what im looking for with Winter, Cynical Opportunist
. Multicolor and depending on whats exiled he can recast 1 useful thing and maybe another thing like Eternal Scourge or just take Riftsweeper to get something back later.
