The Water Crystal
Legendary Artifact
Blue spells you cast cost less to cast.
If an opponent would mill one or more cards, they mill that many cards plus four instead.
, : Each opponent mills cards equal to the number of cards in your hand. (To mill a card, put the top card of your library into your graveyard.)

I really like the low mana cost of this deck, should mean that if the shuffle is in your favour you'd hit hard and fast. I think having some of one of the crabs (Ruin Crab or Hedron Crab) could be useful if you have The Water Crystal in there too but that card would be a much higher mana cost than the rest of your deck. I think you've done a great job with this, have you had the chance to see how it plays yet?

The Water Crystal states: one or more, then that many plus four. Anowon, the Ruin Thief
attacks and isn't blocked. Anowon triggers it's ability that triggers once per player taking damage: damaged player mills cards. How many cards? One for every point of combat damage. In the trigger, that's one number. That's the number modified by the Water Crystal, so four more than the damage taken by rogues in combat.
That's how it works, Anowon triggers once for every time a player is dealt combat damage by rogues. Because the amount it's variable, the amount it's worded to be variable. But it's one amount per trigger.
