I think you can easily play a bit more with the top of your deck:
Erratic victory is a deck I built a long time ago. I do plan to rebuild it, this time with Thunderous Wrath included in the place of Ridge Rannet. With something like Erratic victory orRiddle of Lightning you can easily arrange it so that they take 6 from the CMC of Wrath and 5 off of the miracle.

Gatstaf Arsonists Flip seems like the best choice from my view.
Hotheaded Giant is awesome. Ridge Rannet has extra utility early on.
