The Surgin' General [Primer]

Liberty Prime, Recharged
and other Fallout designs are pretty cool, ShadowMasterNL, I like them as a fan of the series. Although I think it's a cool design, Liberty Prime doesn't really fit my design approach for this deck for a few reasons:

Liberty Prime needs a heavier investment in banking up Energy for repeated uses. I'd rather leave the Energy use primarily for Satya.

The deck has an emphasis on Clones and Enter the Battlefield effects, with Satya being pretty much the only attack trigger besides Goldspan Dragon.
