Tl;dr you get to cast Eagle Vision with more confidence and aggression than anyone ever has before.

You've grown up with the ancient plane of Dominaria. You have been immersed in the steel plane of Mirrodin. You have even met the wondrous Gods from the plane of Theros. But how about the red, white, and blue plane of... America? That's right. Thanks to UB sets the United States of America is now a canon place. Put on your cowboy hat, grab your hot dog, and pray to your healthcare provider that this pile of jank can win the revolution.

Deck rules: All creatures must live in the USA. All non-creature permanents must represent equipment or ideas involving American characters. Lands must use art featuring US territory. Instants and Sorceries must be from canon US events or have a clear American influence (cowboys, natives, eagles etc).

Limited equipment / artifact subtheme because weirdly most of the cards here work with it and duct taping some guns to Guile is probably the best way this American dream can snipe a win. Lots of board wipes partly to slow down better decks (aka all of them) but also because Guile can give himself indestructibility and might occasionally allow you to do something.

A handful of cards haven't been added to this website yet so the art might not display properly. I guess these colors do run a little.

Other options:

All That Glitters can be a wincon I guess.

Basilisk Collar has some utility mostly in making Guile annoying to block.

Unexpected Windfall and Highway Robbery helps with card selection in a deck that desperately needs it. Three Steps Ahead can be useful. Fact or Fiction / Frantic Search have newspaper art.

Mariposa Military Base is based off the real world Fort Ord and thematically fits but is absurdly terrible. War Room is better but not by much. Diamond City is okay I guess.
