Insubordination
Enchantment — Aura
Enchant creature
At the end of the turn of enchanted creature's controller, Insubordination deals 2 damage to that player unless that creature attacked this turn.

Have you though of using enchantments like Ill-Gotten Inheritance, Insubordination along with tapped enchantments on a creature? Or when faced with artifact heavy decks, perhaps Relic Putrescence or Warp Artifact? Perhaps look at Seizures or Soul Bleed as an alternative to insubordination.
When facing creature heavy decks Stronghold Discipline and/or Trespasser's Curse could be an answer.
If you focus on controlling hand sizes Death of a Thousand Stings could be an option later in the game. If you keep your graveyard stocked up Fruit of Tizerus could work as well.

Insubordination could be a good add somewhere either forcing them to attack with something or to put on Dauthi Slayer to pump more devotion for your Gary
