Sorry, is this about the fix I suggested? I might have missed a spot to comment on it. The word l'Cie in the name is using an uppercase "I"(i) but should be using a lowercase "l"(L).
The Fang card has the correct letter.

Imo running 7 protection spells 4 fogs and 4 artifact enchantment removal 3 authority of the councils maindeck is less effective than other pieces for redundancy or dig for consistency.
Redundancy: Insidious Roots(B) Kishla Skimmer(U) Fang, Fearless l'Cie Meld (B) Dredger's Insight
Consistency: Cache Grab Seed of Hope Commune with the Gods Dredger's Insight (again) Malevolent Rumble
I know the list is intentionally jank but personally I think it the most competitive type of deck utilizing this effect is a grindy midrange deck using different trigger loops, asmo + cookbook + Ovalchase Daredevil and/or cat oven. but I forgot enduring renewal was modern legal, definitely an interesting take. I think it is possible to add more midrange elements to the deck with a combo finish if you went Abzan but that would require more money.
