I really liked your suggestion. I puted 2x Slaughter the Strong in place of 2x Code of Constraint . And Dovin's Veto in place of Negate . The splash of green... Would be nice, I will try out.

First of all, thanks for the input, WKM! Yes, I'd considered Time of Ice (I was running it in my casual pre-Allegiance Standard mill with Drowned Secrets and Psychic Corrosion, purely as a way to stall my opponent). I could probably swap Code of Constraint with it, especially since I ended up dropping Dovin's Acuity .
Do you have any thoughts on Dawn of Hope as a source of life gain/bodies/draws?
