Colorless Artifact Lockdown
This deck seems a little slow. The meta variant of legacy stax uses fastlands and mox in order to generate a game breaking play like turn 1 Trinisphere or something. It is almost guaranteed to go off on turn 3. This deck, with a very optimal draw, will be able to make a play turn 3 at best (with 3 Tron lands and a payoff in hand) such as an 8 drop.
If you don't have Tron assembled, you get to play a weak lockdown artifact turn 3 (the strong lockdown artifacts are super early Chalice of Trinisphere). Generally, meta stax can do this turn 2 with a fastland (which they run 8 of).
In other words, your best is worse than that of a meta stax and your average game is slower than a meta stax deck.
It doesn't help that you are running does nothing, Roterothopter, bad mind stone, and Swords bait
