This is I believe one of the most efficient and semi fair Kozilek, the Great Distortion deck. The combos are easy to understand, the payoffs are great, and it is fairly easy to pilot, just ramp into Kozilek let him refill your hand then play the big eldrazi to win the game.

Here are the basic combos that are pretty easy to run and understand:

Basalt Monolith + Forsaken Monument = Infinite Mana

Staff of Domination + Metalworker + 3 Artifacts in hand = Infinite Mana

Mystic Forge + Sensei's Divining Top + Ugin, the Ineffable = Infinite Card Draw

Almost all lands will have additional text, thus the lands will help with curving out the deck aswell.

Stocked it with 2 and 3 drops since the typical counter spell mana costs are around that cost.

THE STARTING HAND STRATEGY: 2-3 lands with the rest of it being ramp artifacts. Kozilek will draw the Eldrazi for you.
