My first real commander deck and probably still my favorite is Gisela, Blade of Goldnight angels.
It's a tough decision though. I play a LOT of tribal, so I have a lot of choices, some mentioned here, some not. Back before the most recent Innistrad set, I used to run Tolsimir Wolfblood wolf tribal with elf support. I'm looking for a good Archer tribal commander but haven't found the right one yet. I built Wydwen, the Biting Gale faeries, Sygg, River Guide merfolk, Yisan, the Wanderer Bard beast/elf tribal, and just finished Sisay, Weatherlight Captain snow tribal. I tried Krond the Dawn-Clad Archon tribal, but it's just not there yet.

Hello, I am building a similar deck where the commander is Krond the Dawn-Clad.
I noticed that you have All That Glitters on the list. I would like to recommend Ethereal Armor. I think Ethereal Armor fits your deck a little better due to the low amount of artifacts in the deck. It has a lower cost that All That Glitters and also gives First Strike.
I am a big fan of Dawn's Reflection. If you are interested in having two of them in the deck, Market Festival is essentially the same card.

I put together a similar sort of deck the other day. Here are a few of my differences:
Creatures
- Bronzehide Lion
- Kitsune Mystic Flip is a combat trick
- Krond the Dawn-Clad
- Nomad Mythmaker and Sun Titan for recursion of auras
- Umbra Mystic if you are dealing with board wipes
Enchantments
- Song of the Dryads, Darksteel Mutation and Kenrith's Transformation for board control
- Gift of Immortality is nuts
- Sigil of the Empty Throne is an alternative win con
- Sphere of Safety
Sorceries
- Creeping Renaissance "Enchantment"
- Replenish
- Three Dreams
Lands
- Hall of Heliod's Generosity
- Reliquary Tower for all the card draw

Some cards to take advantage of the tokens: Earthcraft / Cryptolith Rite , Aura Shards
( Season of Growth is an enchantress for Auras that targets your own stuff, idk if there's enough room for it tho)
Have Spectra Ward & Krond the Dawn-Clad payed of for you? They seem expensive relative to their power
(I could also see Oath of the Ancient Wood instead of/as a complement to Cathars' Crusade )

BUMPOSET YOUR PHASERS TO KILL!
But, with the above comment finally mentioned, I still want to make some kind of revision of this deck so it can Dispose Animar, &... basically many others as well. I'd like an audience for suggestions...
...As I prepare another project as well; Selesnya based, but not in the form of Creature Mania like Rhys the Redeemed , or even Stax like Gaddock Teeg , crap like the pre-Mirrodin Legends, Voltron Nazahn, Revered Blacksmith, Tribal Sigarda, Heron's Grace , or just stuff that straight out sucks. Krond the Dawn-Clad . I also will not use Enchantress decks either. I just want something Different from . After this project is complete, I really want suggestions for a commander in that can do any of this, besides all that, but can still be different from all else the Conclave could've used in the first place. After all, All six Mana Symbols (Even Snow.) have a part of nature & are all capable of their own way of Progress, regardless of combination of mana. I'd still like some suggestions for this in the meanwhile though while handling more than just Animar, Soul of Elements ...

You may take out the less synergistic cards of your deck: Altered Ego, Hundred-Handed One, Krond the Dawn-Clad (it's really hard to make on curve in a 3-color deck without shock and fetchlands), Seedborn Muse (your deck only has 3 instant spells), Spear of Heliod (only destroy creatures that already dealt damage - you might be dead at that point). Since you have a 4-mana commander, I recommend Abundant Growth, Burgeoning, Wild Growth and Overgrowth instead of Dawn's Reflection to ramp into her. Estrid, the Masked will stick longer the sooner you cast her. You might also consider switching to Tuvasa the Sunlit to have Enchantress-like draw power available right from the command zone.

Phaetion That's the same problem I had when I had Karametra, God of Harvests,Krond the Dawn-Clad,Mirri, Weatherlight Duelist enchantress deck.
Krond was the first cmdr in the spot, losely half auras half enchantments. I got frustrated on how greedy Krond is with her CMC color cost so I decided to switch.
Mirri was the second cmdr of the deck, mostly auras without vigilince. If I had a vigilence card, I would wait for Predatory Urge so I can use her as removal & tap her so I can use her effectively. As I played her more I lost alot of power without having any creature left ot enchant.
Karametra was the 3rd & final cmdr of the deck, mostly enchantment permanents on the board(hardly any auras), I cast as many enchantments as I could while protecting myself with Avacyn, Angel of Hope, Sigarda, Host of Herons and Shalai, Voice of Plenty. It usually came down to me top decking a Starfield of Nyx to win.
Tuvasa, the Sunlit gave me what I wanted in a enchantress commander. It beefs itself up with the amount of enchantments I have out on the field as well as giving me that extra card once a turn. Let's also not forget how big she/he gets with Enchanted Evening. He/she also let's me use the color blue to put in powerful blue enchantments in the deck without sacrificing the powerlevel of my previous deck. I also trough in some decent auras that let me swing in without him/her getting chump blocked. I have to test her/him out more but for the most part, Estrid is in there to protect cards like Serra's Sanctum, My cmdr & any other enchantment that valuable to the win con.
Last but not least, let's talk about the lockdown I improved upon. Sterling Grove + Privileged Position = Can't target my stuff + Aegis of the Gods = Can't target me or my jank + Avacyn, Angel of Hope = Rift me or Exile my entire board + Enchanted Evening = Rift, Exile the entire board or concede.
Sounds cocky but it wins games if people let my board get that dumb.
