Where does Approach of the Second Sun go if it's countered?

If Approach of the Second Sun is countered, does it still get placed into the deck or is it sent to the graveyard? The spells ability is to put it back in the library but resolving said effect has been countered.

Spells only have their effects if not countered. If Approach of the Second Sun is countered it is put wherever the counterspell would put it. This is usually the graveyard but can be the library, exile, or hand depending on the counterspell. (Hinder, Dissipate, Remand)
