What happens to my token?

It's a multilayer game. I(player 1) have Zurgo Helmsmasher in play with Assault Suit and Captain's Claws attached to him. It's my opponent's(player 2) upkeep and he gains control of Zurgo. Fast forward to his attack phase and Zurgo attacks another opponent (player 3) becuase he has too per his abilities. Question is what happens to my token? Does it come in tapped but unable to attack?

Yes, it does. The token enters the battlefield under your control, since you control the equipment. However, you are not attacking, so the rest is ignored, as the ability does as much as it can.
