Warkite Marauder Targeting Wayward Swordtooth

If a Warkite Marauder targets a Wayward Swordtooth, could the Wayward Swordtooth now block? Of course, it would have to block a non-flying creature such as Forerunner of the Coalition if so.

Yes, it can block. Everything in Wayward Swordtooth's text box is an ability, including the "can't attack or block unless..." part. The effect from Warkite Marauder's ability will remove all of them.
