Voracious Wurm and Elemental BOnd

I have Elemental Bond Out and I cast Healing Salve to gain 3 life then cast Voracious Wurm so it comes in with 3 +1/+1 would Elemental Bond activate?

Note that Voracious Wurm's ability isn't a triggered ability. That means it enters as a 2+x/2+x creature, rather than entering as a 2/2 creature that places a trigger on the stack to gain x counters. Most Clones work this way too, for example.
If it was phrased as something like "When Voracious Wurm enters the battlefield, place X +1/+1 counters on it..." that would be a triggered ability instead. The "When" is an indicator of a triggered ability.

Yes, it does.
The card enters the battlefield with 3 +1/+1 counters, so it ETBs as a 4/4 creature, triggering Elemental Bond.
