Tectonic Edge Question

I have 4 lands, 2 Swamps, an Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth and a Blinkmoth Nexus.
My opponent has 4 lands, 2 are Tectonic Edge.
If he uses Tectonic Edge target a land, and in response use the 2nd Tectonic Edge land to target a 2nd land what happens?

Okay thanks, I assumed that after the first Tectonic Edge's ability resolved. The 2nd wouldn't because there was no longer 4 lands on my side of the field.
For the record I did say I wasn't sure and posted this thread for clarification. But we played the game out with only 1 of the tec edges working and both of us with 3 lands.

He'll have a chance to cast spell or activate another ability, then pass priority to you who will have the chance to do the same. If neither of you do, one of your lands will be destroyed and there will be another round of priority. If once again neither of you cast spells or activate abilities the original activation will be resolved and each of you will have 2 lands, with your remaining lands both being the swamps.
