If I use Strionic Resonator to copy Fiend Hunters ETB ability will the targeted creature be exiled permanently?
Or, if Fiend Hunter leaves the battlefield before either ability resolves, both will be exiled permanently.

Always check gatherer before asking a question, usually they have the answer to common questions already there. This is from Strionic Resonator's page:
If a triggered ability is linked to a second ability, copies of that triggered ability are also linked to that second ability. If the second ability refers to the exiled card, it refers to all cards exiled by the triggered ability and the copy. For example, if Exclusion Rituals enters-the-battlefield ability is copied and two nonland permanents are exiled, players cant cast spells with the same name as either exiled card.
So in this case both cards would return upon Fiend Hunter leaving.
