Trying to figure out how to do this correctly.opponent plays Splinter Twin (obviously targeting Pestermite )

response I Chord of Calling to get Phyrexian Revoker I would need to name Pestermite to stop the combo correct?

Yes, Splinter Twin grants the ability to the creature it is enchanting so you need to name that creature.
