Spawnsire of Ulamog in Commander

2 part question about Spawnsire of Ulamog

When I activate his 20 ability to "Cast any number of Eldrazi cards you own from outside the game without paying their mana costs." where do spells go (All Is Dust) after they are cast? To the graveyard or exile or back to outside the game? Same question for creatures? If creatures do go to your graveyard and Ulamog, the Infinite Gyre goes to my graveyard do all these card from outside the game now get shuffled into my library?

Second question : The EDH banlist has Emrakul, the Aeons Torn which means clearly means he can't be part of my deck but he can exist outside the game. Sooooo when I activate Spawnsire of Ulamog 20 ability can I cast Emrakul, the Aeons Torn or does the banlist explicitly say you can't "use/play" these cards. Is there a specific ruling out there?

Appreciate the clarity.

Question 1: Since the effect that brought the cards into the game doesn't say they behave in an unusual way, that means they behave in the normal way. Dying creatures will go to the graveyard, as will resolved instants and sorceries.

Question 2: The current official Commander rule for effects that introduce cards from "outside the game" is that they don't work unless you and your playgroup have an agreement on how they work and what they can get. If you play a variant of Commander that includes a sideboard, then the effects can get cards from the sideboard.
