Search lands in Omnath, Locus of Rage?

Can search lands like Windswept Heath be in a Omnath, Locus of Rage commander deck?

Color idendity is all the mana symbols on the card (excluding reminder text). Only cards of the color identity matching that of the commander can be included.

Omnath has a and color identity and can have Red, Green, Red/Green or colorless idendity cards in it. Windswept Heath and its ilk have colorless identity and can be included in any commander.

To clear it up, you can't include a card that has a in its text or mana cost, but it's fine to have a card that mentions a "Plains." After all, you can run Flashfires in a red EDH deck, no?
