If my opponent is playing Blightsteel Colossus and I have another creature on the battlefield with Darksteel Plate and Swiftfoot Boots will these two protect my creature.

No, Indestructible only protects against destroy effects and the state based action for a creature having lethal damage marked on it. Infect changes the result of damage dealt by that creature to put -1/-1 counters on creatures instead of marking damage. Those counters actually reduce the creature's toughness and the creatures are sent to the grave yard for having 0 or less toughness, which isn't prevented by indestructible.

TL;DR: Your creature still dies because indestructible prevents 704.5g but not 704.5f

704.5f If a creature has toughness 0 or less, its put into its owners graveyard. Regeneration cant replace this event.

704.5g If a creature has toughness greater than 0, and the total damage marked on it is greater than or equal to its toughness, that creature has been dealt lethal damage and is destroyed.

Please don't introduce cards not necessary to the question. If Swiftfoot Boots (or hexproof) isn't part of what you're asking, it'S better to omit them, even though they might've been present in your game state at the time.

And in case it was part of your question - no, Hexproof does not "shield" you from Infect, as it doesn't target.
