Madcap Skills + Alpha Authority

If I have a creature with both Madcap Skills and Alpha Authority , would it still be able to be blocked or would it be considered unblockable?
Of course, cards like Curtain of Light can still "block" your creature, just in case that should become relevant.

no Curatin of Light can not still block it because of alpha authority giving it hex proof... so it can not be targeted by the spell. that combo is pretty solid

It would be effectively unblockable because there is no permutation of blockers that satisfies both blocking requirements.
