land abilities that target, are they colourless?

Do land abilities such as those on Kessig Wolf Run and Slayers' Stronghold count as colourless when they target the creature? looking at interactions with pro coloured creatures and Gaea's Revenge

Lands are colorless permanents unless an effect is giving them a color. Therefore, protection from colors doesn't do anything to them.

Dryad Arbor is currently the only land that has a color by default.
