Kikijiki combo question

Asked by Fyr 6 years ago

Example player one and player two are playing mtg we will refer to player one as Mark and player two as Maria so it's marks turn and they both have Kiki Kiki out mark plays deceiver exarch and so does Maria (or any combo with him with flash) what happens now they all have haste I assume what happens is mark would say I make 100000 copies or whatever then Maria makes 100000000 in response to block and repeat this action till someone draws a card to win or they mill each other out not really a imprortant question but kinda fun IF YOU KNOW THE ANSWER PLEASE RESPOND WITH IT

Yes, you stalemate until someone draws a way to remove the other's kiki jiki, or mill out.

First of all, punctuation is important. Please use it in the future.

Secondly, generally Mark and Maria are not good names for players. If you are gonna ask this sort of question give them names with different first letters. The Wizard Judge test uses an A name for the active player and an N name for the none active player for example.

But yeah, unless a spell that disrupts one of the players combos is drawn you just keep playing until one of you decks or finds the answer.

Actually, if Mark makes 100K Exarches and Maria makes 100M in response, Mark will most likely die on Maria's next combat phase, outnumbered by roughly 99.900.000 1/4's.

frusciante7 The copies only last until the end of turn and both players can make an arbitrrily high number at instant speed with Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker and Deceiver Exarch

Mark can't win on that turn. Once mark has started combat, he has decided how many creatures can attack, as any more being put into field cannot attack owing to attackers being declared. Maria can then make say 2 more than mark did as of declare blockers step, and win if she can find a way to get rid of the combo

The blocker will always be able to survive combat as long as the attacker doesn't have some form of evasion. For instance, if one player is using Deceiver Exarch and the other player is using Pestermite, the Pestermite player will be able to win when they attack.
