Infect question

If the creature has infect and I play Soul's Fire does it do infect damage or normal damage..

thanks :D also would you know if Ghostfire Blade would cost 2 less if Inkmoth Nexus enters the battlefield

Inkmoth Nexus enters the battlefield as a land; when you activate its ability to turn it into a land creature, it isn't entering the battlefield again (it's already on the battlefield).
Also, Ghostfire Blade doesn't do anything when a creature ETBs. It has an effect that reduces the equip cost of the equip ability targets a colorless creature. This ability would apply if you target an animated Inkmoth Nexus.

Infect is an ability that modifies the result of damage. Because of this it effects any damage that is dealt from that creature. This includes combat damage, damage from fight effects, and spells and abilities that say it deals damage to something. Soul's Fire states that "target creature you control deals damage" so any creature with infect wil deal it in the form of -1/-1 counters to creatures and poison counters to players.
