If I create 2 tokens from a creature with Fabricate 2, would this cause decoction module to trigger twice, and consequently fabrication module to trigger twice?

I have a decoction module, fabrication module, and animation module on the battlefield. I play a weaponcraft enthusiast (Fabricate 2) and choose to create 2 1/1 servo artifact tokens. Weaponcraft + 2 Servo artifact tokens cause decoction module to generate 3 energy counters. Would these counters fall into the "one or more" category or be counted on separate occasions. This will affect the number of +1/+1 counters and tokens I can create with fabrication module and animation module.

When Weaponcraft Enthusiast enters the battlefield, both it's own fabricate ability will trigger and Decoction Module will trigger. You can put those triggers on the stack in any order, ultimately it won't matter, but I'll go over what happens if you stack it with Fabricate on the bottom and Decoction Module on top, and will assume nobody responds to anything. If anyone responds at any point, their response goes on top at that point and will resolve before whatever's on the stack.

A)
Fabricate on the stack, Decoction Module on the stack. No responses, so Decoction Module resolves.

Fabricate on the stack, Fabrication Module triggers and is put on top of the stack with a target. No responses, so Fabrication Module resolves.

Fabricate on the stack, Animation Module triggers and is put on top of the stack. No responses, so Animation Module resolves. You may pay , if you do, create a 1/1 artifact creature servo token triggering Decoction Module and goto (A), otherwise goto (B)

Fabricate on the stack, no responses so fabricate resolves. As you said you're choosing to create two servos Decoction Module triggers twice.

Animation Module triggers and is put on top of the stack. No responses, so Animation Module resolves. You may pay , if you do, create a 1/1 artifact creature servo token triggering Decoction Module and goto (D), otherwise the stack is empty and the active player get's priority.
