Flashback Gitaxian Probe

You all know the question, can I flashback Gitaxian Probe (off Past in Flames or Snapcaster Mage) by paying 2 life?

I've looked on gatherer, nothing. I think you can, but I'm not 100% sure. Thanks guys.

When it says flashback is the same as the original cost, that means you must either pay 2 life, or , as blue phyrexian mana was the original cost.

This is similar to delve, as you can flashback a delve spell and exile cards in your graveyard to reduce the cost by .

Note that the mana cost of Gitaxian Probe is U or 2 life, so you can cast it for 2 life. Giving cards in your graveyard flashback does not allow you to use alternate casting costs such as that of Force of Will.
