Destroying indestructible creatures and removing indestructible simultaneously

My friend has this nasty Sliver Hivelord Deck and hes running a Hivestone and a Pernicious Deed . When Pernicious Deed destroys some non sliver creatures and the Hivestone simultaneously, will the creatures go to the graveyard or will they survive ? Removing Indestructible (from Sliver Hivelord s ability) and destroying the creatures happens at the same time, so what do you think ?

When the event that destroys artifacts, creatures, and enchantments happens the creatures have indestructible. When the Hivestone leaves the battlefield and the creatures are no longer indestructible the destruction event has already happened. They survive.
