Can tokens put charge counter on door of destinies?

Door of destinies on the fields then you play idhkanah, grafwidow on the field and delirium activates putting three 1/2 token green spiders on the field.

First, delirium in this case is not related to an activated ability. Only activated abilities are activated. Ishkanah, Grafwidow has a triggered ability that also has a replacement effect if delirium is true.

To answer your real question, no. As someone posted in your other Door of Destinies question, Door's ability only triggers when you cast a spell of the chosen type. Tokens can never be cast; they're created on the battlefield and cease to exist in other zones. They cannot be spells.

Firstly, a clarification - Ishkanah's Delirium ability doesn't activate, it triggers.

Tokens will not trigger the Door's ability since you're never casting a spell of the chosen creature type (unless you're casting a Tribal spell like Elvish Promenade if you chose Elves, in which case it'd trigger once from you casting one Elf spell). Ishkanah herself would trigger the Door if you chose Spider as the creature type, but the tokens will not.
