Can my opponent have Double Strike if I have Archetype of Courage?

I have Archetype of Courage on the Battlefield and Bow of Nylea . All of my creatures have first strike and deathtouch when attacking. If he blocks with Fabled Hero , will he have first strike as well because of having double strike and thus negating my first trike on him?
I'm looking for if he can keep double strike if he is not allowed to have any first strike. He is also defending.

First Strike and Double Strike are two different abilities. Archetype of Courage doesn't interact with Double Strike.

Archetype of Courage does nothing regarding double strike. A creature with double strike will still deal damage during both combat damage steps.
